Cognitive Mind’s Growth and Development Programme is designed to empower each business owner, leader, or entrepreneur to start or take their business from ‘ordinary’ to ‘extraordinary’.  The Growth and Development Programme is also available for teams within a business to take their department/team from ‘ordinary’ to ‘extraordinary’.

This transformation from ‘ordinary’ to ‘extraordinary’ will be achieved by the SME business owners, leaders, senior managers, entrepreneurs, or teams working with their Coach and/or Mentor at least once a month to working through specific planned growth initiatives, alternative operational strategies, personal and professional development programmes, and other forward-looking actions.
