Duncan McLaughlin, founder of CEE Business Development, and co-founder of CognitiveMind, originally provided consultancy services in business development to healthcare companies operating in Central & Eastern Europe and the CIS region. More recently his scope has expanded and he now also offers comprehensive consultancy across the wider European region, catering to companies operating in and across various geographies, including the UK.
Throughout Duncan's career, he has held diverse yet interconnected roles in regional management, international business development, consultancy, corporate management, mentoring and coaching. This breadth of experience allows him to seamlessly transition between roles and provides comprehensive and invaluable assistance to clients and associates in any given situation.
Recently, Duncan's focus has inclined to working with clients across disparate industries and geographies, and especially those in the SME space, on action plans for delivering business growth and development. To further achieve this, Duncan has teamed up with Barbara J. Cormack from The Nyasa Partnership Limited and other coaches and mentors to develop and deliver a range of Growth and Development programmes across different platforms.
